• Minimum supported version for Galaxy S4 is 4.0 but for S4 model GT-i9507, it’s 4.0 and 4.3 only
• Minimum supported version for Galaxy S5, S5 mini, Galaxy Alpha Note 3, Note 4 and Note edge is 4.4

While many other Android handsets have NFC functionality, they lack the required security hardware (Embedded Secure Element) to keep your payment details safe. When the manufacturers add the security hardware for NFC payments to handsets such as Google Nexus 5, Westpac will then add its Pay functionality to these devices in Australia. Please contact your handset manufacturer for further information on when they plan to launch a handset with an EMV chip to keep your payment details safe.

    Old app was perfect, since changing to this new one I've been able to log in once in 2 weeks.. pure shambles!

    The app takes far to long to load with the new update, often saying i have no connection when other internet enabled programs run fine. Also the mixed password and pin is strange. Now it seems to ask for one or the other based on how recently i logged in...or something. This update go released without proper QA unfortuantly. Hopefully the security is better than the usability.

    Called support, they told me app not supported on android tablet! Well, it doesn't work on my Nexus 7. Uninstalled and re-installed. Works again!

    Swiping screens on the front page? why? This is an app, not a Web page. Everything should be on one page and then personal info/accounts once you log in. This feels so dated, it's like an attempt at an app before apps were what they are today. Was there any customer testing on this? The UI is dreadful, so many of the same options presented in different ways. Need to start again guys! One star for

    The last update has made the accounts and transfer screens so terrible. I actually think it could not of been made any more user unfriendly than this. Ever.. ..
