Why I created this?
I've personally suffered from headaches for as long as I can recall. I remember being 10 years old in excruciating pain and having to go to the hospital for what I thought was a terrible migraine headache.

Over the years, my headaches sometimes got worse, and sometimes better, but I consistently got them, and they ranged from 5 to 10 on the pain scale.

I tried every migraine and headache medicine on the market; nothing really worked. I just learned to live with them. But then about 3 years ago they started getting bad again, so I threw up my arms and started to research to find out what I could really do about this debilitating problem. I stumbled on a number of books that talked about "Tension Type Headaches (TTH)". From my research, I built this app to help millions of others suffering just like me. No longer suffer, and find relief!

Let me know what you think and enjoy life again, without headaches.

This has reduced the intensity of my headaches a lot. Earlier I always had to take ibuprofen for 3~5 days before my headaches went away. With this I am able to manage to reduce to just 1 or 2 pills at the most. The most amazing thing is that the level of pain has reduced by 80%. Thank you!

I suffer from migraines since I'm 10 years old. I went to a few doctors. They gave me some tablets but they didn't help. This is the first thing that works. Not for too long but it works for a couple of minutes. I just tried it once so I can't really tell how it would work later on but I'll give you an update, how it works out, if I need it again. PS: Sorry for my bad english. I'm actually speaki

Ive been suffering with a headache that was unbearable for the last 4 days... Forgot I even downloaded this app. When I opened it and started doing the stretches, I got to step 3 and the headache had halved in intensity. I finished step 4 and the pain had reduced by about 80%. I will be doing this now every night before bed and every morning. Thank you
