Bellydance 4 Bumps is a new App aimed at helping expectant mothers through the ancient art of Bellydance; and its numerous benefits during and after pregnancy.

The driving force behind Bellydance 4 Bumps is Stephanie Gawne-Hamza, Stephanie has been a professional dancer and choreographer for over 15 years, as well as teaching dance and fitness classes to all ages and abilities. During this time Stephanie discovered and fell in love with, the ancient Middle Eastern art of Bellydance and has been performing and teaching classes ever since.
