* added support for kilograms
* added swipe gestures for traversing through workouts
***Note: some devices handle rounding differently, hence crashing may occurring while using kilograms on unsupported devices. This will be addressed in future updates.

This app will increase you bench press. But it will also increase your risk of injury. Two friends of mine already have gotten hurt from this workout. I have gained 30 pounds. Currently at 330 for 16. Weight 194. And my shoulders are currently messed up.

BEST EVER!!
used this 10+ years ago, the original (of course not an app!!) and swore by it, best chest routine I ever used. Best app by far, highly recommend!!

Works
Went from 255 max to 290. Changing up for next 2 weeks then doing it again.
