Count the calories of your meals and create a healthy diet

This useful application helps you control your diet in an easy way. You need to register in order to use it, by adding your current and goal weight, your sex, height, birthday and daily activity. It also asks you your plan on exercising and the minutes you're willing to spend doing it.

Once your account is created, the application shows you your calorie goal per day and the pounds you should lose if you want to reach your ideal weight. You can then start to track your meals (endless list of food) and adjusting them to the diet. If the application notes that you're eating less calories than recommended, it will tell you, but it won't do the same with the opposite situation. However, you can always have access to your prediction: If every day were like to day...you'd weigh x in x time.

Additionally, you can view your progress and more detailed reports by using myfitnesspal.com, as well as track your training exercise, add food to your usual meals and calculate your recipes.

This is a very useful application, created by MyFitnessPal, LLC. Excellent features, very complete and with a large database of food information. Be sure to check it out if you're looking for a great Calorie Counter.

    Great app.

    However, it has a major flaw for us weight lifters. You have no calculation for caloric burn regarding weight lifting. That would be so helpful and I wouldn't have to rely on other devices. I am a minimalist & I enjoy simple. I know I am not the only one. Thanks!

    Amazing app, also have had problems with a few crashes and lagging but I'm not really complaining, still love it.

    I like the app cause it makes it easier for me to stay on the new way of eating. It has opened my eyes to the the true value of food and exercise. It has been proven helpful with my husband to help count carbs. (Type 1)
