This useful application helps you control your diet in an easy way. You need to register in order to use it, by adding your current and goal weight, your sex, height, birthday and daily activity. It also asks you your plan on exercising and the minutes you're willing to spend doing it.
Once your account is created, the application shows you your calorie goal per day and the pounds you should lose if you want to reach your ideal weight. You can then start to track your meals (endless list of food) and adjusting them to the diet. If the application notes that you're eating less calories than recommended, it will tell you, but it won't do the same with the opposite situation. However, you can always have access to your prediction: If every day were like to day...you'd weigh x in x time.
Additionally, you can view your progress and more detailed reports by using myfitnesspal.com, as well as track your training exercise, add food to your usual meals and calculate your recipes.

Excellent app to track all foods including calories and nutrition

I can't scan bar codes, I can't complete entries, I get an error message everyone I open the app. Maybe this is just not meant for Android? My sisters works great on her iPhone. Lame.

Although the new cleaner look is nice, I was used to seeing total "calories" rather than kilojoules... it just looks like a ridiculously big number...especially if your target is 3000 calories or any other number equivelant to daily totals...oh wells, mai

Can't figure out how to get common foods from different meals to show up (if I eat the same yogurt for lunch and breakfast I have to go find it all over again or scan it in again) also wish it would synch with other apps for working out that don't require

This app is great! It has info on every food, snack, or drink u can imagine. And if not, u can add it. It keeps track of everything for u to help u lose weight and/or just lead a healthier lifestyle! A must have app for everyone. The only thing that could

The bar code works very well, its nice how you are able to add recipes and specific food items in order to utilize them in the future. The program integrates with fit bit as well, though I haven't tried this function yet.
