Calorific Diet Tracker is a simple new tool for Android that allows you to keep track of your diet by changing your eating habits and not only counting the calories.
This app is really easy to use and it shows you how to eat healthy food by selecting what you've eaten, divided into three categores: Great (green), Ok (Yellow) and Bad (Red). Inside each category you need to chose the size: Tiny, Small, Medium and Large, depending on the calories and the examples below. The trick is to break up complex food, for example: salad with dressing log into Large Green (salad) and Small Red (dressing). You need to do this in every meal: Breakfast, Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Dinner and Evening Snack and the app will calculate the total out of the daily recommended.
