    Great idea and outlay. love that i can customize so much to make it look the way i want, but wont let me add things like emotions. tells me i can but wont let me. Also i don't know if it was me who didn't fix the setting properly the first time but it wouldn't save anything..

    This is a great app and thank you developers and initiators for providing it to world. But one problem is that it has two options menu, and it might be confusing for new users, the options menu should be one. Here is one on left side of screen, and one on top right corner. This could be corrected for a better UI experience. Thank you.

    At first I was skeptical. I figured, if I wanted a diary, I could just write in a notebook, right? But this app takes you step by step through the whole process, educating you, guiding you, and making it easy to evaluate your own progress. The articles are simple and informative, and the process is broken down into each step, with an appropriate entry method (check list, radio buttons, etc) for ea

    I'm familiar with CBT through my work with a therapist and a psychiatrist. I truly wish I could find an app that would help me organize this activity. Unfortunately I found this app to be very difficult to manage. It is not very intuitive. I could not figure out how to use the add emotion and add statements or customize this program in any way. There is no help within the program to assist someone
