Why does this app want to take pictures using my phones camera? And record using my phones microphone? Both without my confirmation? That is a major privacy breach and I would like to know why this app wants to do this.

Though the intentions are good, I wouldn't list this as an insomnia aid. This tells you in the beginning it's hypnosis, and you will be woken up within an hour. It discusses good techniques to promote sleep, but I've honestly had better nights sleep listening to the yoga station on Pandora.

This has worked I never thought it would but i've had the best sleep. Before this I would wake up countless times thought night now I'm lucky i've woken wake up once and I always fall back asleep but now its a whole night sleep. Try it.

I felt like my ears were being attacked by an angry harpist and her over caffeinated flock of birds. The volume isn't very consistent which isn't good for sleep.
