You can choose from over 95 different workouts, or try randomized full body exercises if you’re looking to change things up.
If you’re a workout newbie, Daily Workouts does a very good job of showing you videos and on-screen instructions. You can also extend your workout if you have more free time on your hands.
There are a few minor qualms here and there, like having to manually press play sometimes to watch the videos, which might take away from a good workout, especially if you’re in the zone.
