    Once you get used to the interface the points system really encourages you to read through the affirmative articles, use the CBT diary and listen to the audio recordings. Much better listening to someone's voice from my portable phone than using my obnoxious laptop.

    Even if you aren't exactly depressed, I highly recommend this app it will help improve your quality of life! At first I couldn't figure out how to use it & uninstalled it, but when I decided to try it again & spent a little more time with the app I realized how valuable it is. Thanks for creating this and making it free!

    This app is so awesome for people who need CBT. I took a class at my local community services board and this app is so incredibly like the class! I absolutely love it! I am currently waiting to see a new therapist and can not wait to share this app with her and to see how much it can help me with therapy and also on my own.     My favorite part is the suggestions and points. I am a "do-er" so when I start feeling down I start at the top of the list and make my way through. The audios have been the most helpful. In the time it would take me to take a nap, I can refocus my thinking and get back to my day.
