"Am I allergic to this?"

Food Intolerances is one of the most comprehensive and scientifically backed tools for helping sufferers of food allergies and intolerance to identify foods which may be a trigger. This rich offline database includes over 700 foods, rated for things like histamine, fructose, sorbitol, lactose, salicylate, gluten, milk protein and egg content.

Food Intolerances app is easy to navigate and, quite frankly, invaluable for sufferers of food intolerance. You can input your allergies (and your level of sensitivity), and search through 700+ to get thorough nutritional content. This way, you'll learn about foods that could potentially be a trigger, even if the don't necessarily contain a primary ingredient you are allergic to.

Each food has a link to Wikipedia, and you can add your own notes, as well as compile a shopping list.

Design feels a little dated, but it's functional nonetheless.
