I do 5BX when I wake up and decided to workout with this app after my work in the evening. It's great and I'm looking forward in purchasing the signature workouts soon, I just wish it have better tracking and btw, what happened to your FB and Twitter pages? Haven't been updated for 2 years now.

Really good, I did the level 2 as a starter, I saw the exercises and I thought Easy... at the end of the exercise I was on the floor huffing and puffing. It's especially good for people who have stopped smoking and instead can just exercise to take their mind off incessant cravings :D cheers

Definitely one of the better of this app type I've seen. Let's you get down to sweatin yer bag off rather than lost in minuscule details and menus.

The routines are easy to follow and get the hang of, and before you know it you are doing 50 reps there and hundred reps here. if you stick to the routine you can start feeling the difference in strength and stamina. The only things i can see lacking are the ability to share on google+ and also customize the reminders so that you can schedule them for your workout days, so you don't miss a worko
