To unlock any of the other workouts you must pay and additional $8.99.... kinda cheesey since to their own acclaim you don't need expensive equipment or a $10 dollar app to do push-ups.....

I can't get this app to work. I try to purchase the workouts and it says I've already purchased them, then when I try to restore them nothing happens.

The good: easy to understand exercises that are challenging without making a huge demand on you unless you want to push it (I just did a workout after being injured in a minor motorbike wreck). Not good: I don't understand the regularity of the workouts and what exactly you need to do. Cannot use any plans without additional payment. No basic plan included in original paid app, only demos of the moves.

After paying .99, you have to pay many more times for the individual workouts. i.e. You pay for the many different categories within the 4 main workout levels. This shouldn't be legal in the app store.

Purchased every workout before they created the all access pass. Hate spending more. Not sure if it's worth it but workouts are good and works well with my routine.

Love the app, but recommended time between sets would be nice. It would be nice to have an option to change pull ups to something else because some people don't have access to a bar and the app is for "no equipment." Also, sales on special workouts would be sweet.

Love the exercises contained in this app. Also, I like how the exercises are already picked out for you and how many reps/rounds you should do. There are different levels of exercises you can choose from. If you wish, you can share your workout session with Facebook/Twitter. I'm only two days and four workouts in but my entire body (quads, glutes, abs, pecs, triceps, calves, obliques and others I don't know the names of) is feeling it. If this continues, I can only imagine the results.
