I watch ed the video its crap. When someone colapses u dont do spr imediately. U check if they are responsive. Then if not responsive u check if they are breathing and if they have a heart beet. Then if they dont u do cpr. It s beast to just take a class!

EMSIm in the EMS field. Folks this is the new CPR. Breathing is being phased out. Fast and hard. Yup you may break a few ribs but it usually happens.

I am certified in first aid and cpr. Was not trained in a hard and fast method. We where told you can cause fractures or breaks, better then dying
