Feel that life is meaningless? There's an app for that. Excel At Life's Happy Habits: Choose Happiness purports to offer you all the tools you'll need to finally find your lost smile.
The app includes an enormous host of resources, including a 119-question Happiness Assessment test, only slightly creepy Happiness Audio that carefully enunciates all the ways you might create the conditions for happiness, a Happiness Journal to create affirmations and record positive events, a Happy To Do List, points and graphs that record your Happiness Statistics, and Happiness Articles with regards to cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Unfortunately, the total lack of attractive, intuitive design makes using the app a thoroughly unhappy experience. The constant ads pushing signing up to some variety of reward program don't help the idea that you might be getting used, either.
If you'd actually like to choose happiness, you might be better off picking an app with a friendlier user design than Excel At Life's Happy Habits: Choose Happiness.

Ive learned helpful strategy for my everyday life
The articles in this app are completely spot on. I think you need to be vulnerable enough in order to believe it, but for me out was extremely helpful. Even though it sucked finding out that I was doing it all wrong.
