Gina enjoys working one-on-one with women to help them reach their individual health and fitness goals. She customizes routines that cover all the basics: cardiovascular fitness, strength training, flexibility and weight management. Gina has trained elementary age children, adolescent girls, college age women, adults and Sr. Citizens. From elite athletes to individuals with disabilities, Gina’s passion for helping people become fit and healthy is evident.
Gina has also taught group fitness classes in both private gyms and major health club chains she has been a sought after instructor at 24 Hour Fitness, Harts Clubs, YMCA, LA Fitness, Tahoma Athletic, Shoreline Community Center, Smokey Point Athletic, and Covington Park and Recreation to name a few.
Gina Guddat has been recognized as a Continuing Education instructor for both American Council on Exercise and The Aerobic and Fitness Association of America. She has conducted workshops and seminars for fitness professionals across the U.S. and Canada.
As a recognized expert in the field, Gina has appeared on ABC, NBC and CBS affiliates. She has been featured on Kansas City Live, Sacramento & Company, Good Morning Virginia and Your Life A to Z in Phoenix and TBN stations world wide. She has written numerous health articles for online newsletters and local publications. Gina has been featured guest on National Public Radio (NPR), American Family Radio (AFA) and several other talk shows in the United States.
Fit Girl - Kardio Kick Kardio Kick features tons of kickboxing-inspired moves to get your cardiovascular system into shape, burn calories and give you more energy. The 30 minute workout packs in a warm up, core-strengthening workout, stretching and cool down. The workout has variations for different fitness levels, and focuses on building up your self-esteem as much as your muscles.
