You've made the decision: you are going to start running on a weekly basis. However, you don't know exactly how to start. No worries, foco00's Learn To Run features different running workouts to set a foot into this sport gradually, without sweating blood (at least in the beginning!).
First, you should read some of the advices the app brings about how to run, clothing, soes and health. Once you are ready, press "Start", select your level (basic or advanced) and start following the workouts. There are up to 25 workout in each level.
Each workout is marked as "Day" but you don't have to run everyday. Thus, if you run twice a week, you'll follow a recommended 12-week plan. The app brings a built-in music player: listen to songs located on your SDcard while doing the workouts.
