What is our mission at LoveSexyAbs?
Our mission is to bring you all the best training and nutritional information in one place to enable you to get into great shape. As our name says we are all about getting into amazing shape with those elusive six pack abs. But also we want to do that in a healthy and natural way hence why we have started our health section.
We aim to break down the different types of training and what is actually good for you and what is not. There is a lot of info on the web and a lot of it is incorrect so we want to be able to not just tell you what is right but also why it is right and what is wrong and why. We will keep you up to date with all the latest tips and tricks that you will need to improve your workouts and your fat loss and help you reach your goals.
In this section we want to try to make you aware of what are the good foods and also why they are good, what benefits you can get from different types of food. We all know that eating the wrong foods make us put on weight and become increasingly unhealthy so it goes without saying that if we eat the right type of foods we can not only lose weight but also increase our health. We will continually put up benefits of good foods and why they are essential to add to your nutrition and also explain all the difficult topics such as what are trans fats, saturated fats and lots more, so you can gain a much better nutritional understanding.
What we want to highlight here are different factors that can actually cause us to hold on to and increase our fat levels whilst at the same time ruining our health.
