You really want to get fit. The problem is just... your power of will. Yes, that's the classic situation. It's time to change it. If the problem is our power of will, what if an app makes all the work for you: choosing the exercises, the rounds and setting the work and rest timing? That's what MCT does.
What do you need? Just 16 min/day, 3 days/week, 12 weeks. After that you have to see your body shaping. The exercises that made up your workout are basically squats, push-ups, lunges, plank bridge, bird dog, superman... and some other validated exercises. Don't worry if you don't know how to make them, in each exercise there are text instructions and and picture that shows how to fulfill it.
The most interesting feature is a countdown that sets the pace of your workout as well as the rest period. You don't even need to think about it, just press "start", try to make the exercises at the right pace and press on "stop" when you're done. You can submit your scores and sync it on the cloud (in the official MCT website). Do it strictly and tell how it went. See you on the fit side, 12 weeks from now.

MCT combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with progressive bodyweight exercises for a quick and effective workout.

Too many small issues and UI inconveniences for my liking. Hard to describe without getting into all the details. Gets frustrating almost every time I use it. Uninstalling.

This is the best app ever! No problems, whatsoever. Great workout in no time, anytime -anywhere.
My first time using I was a little confused and accidentally quit the workout 2 or 3 times before I realised you have to add up your totals, it's not a round-by-round system. For a free app with no ads, and detailed exercise programme, it's great!
This is coming form a person who HATES working out alone. I've been using this 16-17 min workout MWF & now going into my 2nd week...I lost 5 lbs already. You can't beat it. I like the different workouts each week, keeps me interested. Great app!
You need to make the "rest" days as big as the workout days. I missed them my first week and now I'm very sore.
i realized how out of shape i was i couldnt complete day 1 but im going to try again soon!! :) very good app
