Mix It Up by HealthWorks

Mix It Up, a HealthWorks by Kaiser Permanente program, is a simple online nutrition program that encourages participants to eat more fruits and vegetables. It may be one of the simplest nutrition programs ever --- no calorie counting, no fat gram tabulating, and no weighing or measuring. It is based on the simple idea that people who eat more fruits and vegetables are healthier. Research shows that putting produce first can reduce your risk of obesity, heart disease, some cancers, diabetes, and hypertension while increasing energy.

NOTE: The Mix It Up app syncs with the HealthWorks web version through an organization’s wellness program.
