Track your daily mood to create graphs over time, plus read others' mood posts
Use MoodPanda - Mood Diary every day to keep track of how you're feeling.
Enter in a ranking of your mood from 1 to 10, plus a note explaining how you're feeling if you like. This can be published to Facebook or Twitter, or you can keep it to yourself. Over time, you'll generate graphs of your mood rankings, so you might be able to notice trends.
Use the World Feed to see what other users are posting about their moods. You can either comment on their entries or "give a hug."
The layout of the app isn't quite as smooth as it could be - you're required to manually exit back out to a title screen in order to jump between sections. Ranking your mood merely on a 1 to 10 scale seems overly simplistic as well.
If you're only looking for a very simple mood tracker, though, MoodPanda - Mood Diary could be a good choice of app.

Needs improvement. The intention is great and very helpful. But your app is not loading my status updates. Very frustrating.
Terrible user interface, does not scale properly to screen size. Furthermore it's ugly. A native app instead of this thing would be nice.
