The round timer application allows you to use boxing or MMA style round timing to help you work out.
The application allows you to set the length of the round, rest time, and a warning time.
During the round the background will display green which means to "work". When the background is yellow, it means the round is almost over and you should push yourself. At red, it's time to rest.
This application can be used to do boxing, MMA, interval training, circuit training, and many other types of workout.
