In RUN a 10K, you can either take up where you left off with the “Run a 5K” app (skip the first 4 weeks), or you can start from scratch! Our gradual interval training is designed to take you all the way up to running 10K.

    I think its great so far I'm really enjoying all of the features so far. The only issue and its kinda hugeeeeeee for me is that there isnt an option to track ur miles when you train on a treadmill. please fix this. There are lots of other apps where if you run indoors and know how far uve run you can put the totals there! I'm always tryna beat myself in challenges so it wld be good to see how my l
