Scientific 7-minute Workout Pro features the following:

Pro Features:

✓ Complete Workout Log, showing you what days you have completed the workout and how many times
✓ Voice commands, telling you when to break and when to start which exercise; useful for if you don't want to look at your phone/tablet while working out

As well as:
✓ Set how long you want the breaks to be; with 5 second breaks at default, the overall exercise is exactly 6 mins 55 seconds (12 30-second exercises and 11 breaks), this can be increased or decreased

Notice that if you read the science article, it recommends the workout to be completed 2-3 times. This means it is understandable to start out at doing the workout one time through, but eventually you want to move up to at least 2 times through to maximize the effectiveness of the workout.

    I've been using this app for about 18 months and have lost nearly 50 lbs of excess bodyweight. Even now I'm still a sweaty puffing wreck after two cycles - just by increasing the tempo & intensity of the individual exercises and reducing the break time I can continue to push myself to my limits. Giving 4 stars due to niggling bugs. I don't use the exercise log and it annoys me every time I use t

    Cant get voice and change seconds between exercise :'( other wise good. I paid for this app but the one for free is same ???? So if anyone can help please :-)

    The log was the main reason I decided to buy the app. It stopped working after the month had elapsed. Now it keeps rolling on previous month and does not even count the workouts. I am disappointed.

    I use this app often as my minimum workout. I most often add exercises after completing this, but make no mistake, this IS a workout. I usually add some 1 minute rounds of kettlebell swings afterwards to really kick my butt!

    The two sets of push ups are too much (at least for me), and it doesn't count workouts correctly.
