Some of the sessions require no equipment at all while others rely on tools you can find at any gym. Each routine contains step-by-step instructional images, videos*, and audio coaching to ensure you get an effective workout.
Simply enter your reps, sets, and weight for each exercise to keep track of your progress (logging your sessions is a proven way to boost your success). Once you complete the workout, the data will be recorded in your workout log, which you can always refer back to.
