The third in a series of new workout apps from Shape magazine, LBD was created by a personal trainer and exercise physiologist to help you tackle problem spots in a systematic, results-oriented way. It will help you get firmer, stronger, sexier muscles from your shoulders to your calves—whether you work out at home or at the gym.
Twelve different routines focus on a variety of areas, including your abs, lower body, and arms, so you can pick and choose—or prioritize—your trouble spots. Two of these workouts incorporate high-intensity, fast-paced exercises to provide a calorie-burning cardio session that blasts fat while sculpting muscles. Most of the moves can be done with basic equipment at home (find gear at any sporting goods store), and each routine contains step-by-step instructional images, videos, and audio coaching to ensure you get an effective workout.
Simply enter your reps, sets, and weight for each exercise to keep track of your progress. Once you complete the workout, the data will be recorded in your workout log, which you can always refer back to.
