Count calories or any kind of "points". You must enter your own foods and calories, but this means there is no clutter from foods you don't eat.


- Builds a personal food database from the information you enter.
- Enables easy selection of previously entered foods.
- Displays each day's total calories or remaining allowance.
- Analyses your performance over the last week and month.
- Provides a home-screen widget for quick viewing of your calorie total.
- Allows calories burnt by exercise to be counted.
- Can export the diary to an HTML file.
- Can back up and restore the diary via SQLite format.


- The "Photos / Media / Files" permission is used for reading and writing files to the SD card for the backup and export functions.

    Loved it when I installed it. But was always looking for something better. Deleted it. Thought I found something better. But they wanted you to sign up for there stuff and more completed. Installed this again cause there is no signing up for stuff and its easy.

    Does exactly what it says without the bloatware, spyware, or compulsory sign up seen in other apps. Can't believe I had to install and uninstall 4 other apps before this one to do something as simple as keeping note of numbers!

    I LOVE this app and the fact that it keeps a list to quickly add items. The only thing I have trouble keeping track of is how MANY glasses of water I drink cuz I forget if I added a glass or not. When you try to drink 9 glasses throughout a day, it's easy to forget a few hours later.
