Most meditation apps do not give the amount of options that this one does. I really enjoy that it is not religion or theory based so the guidance does not involve guidance about God and Heaven or Chakras and Meridians. The speaker's voice was chosen well also, she is very calm and monotone which is helpful for getting relaxed and focusing on the meditation.

This is wonderful. ..if helps u refocus on the present. ..not thinking about all the things to do. It immediately helped me relax and be in a more peaceful state.

I absolutely love this app I've had it for years and it truly helps me relax especially for rare times when I can't sleep, I fall asleep within 15 mins!

Have just tried the 5 minute meditation, VERY soothing and calming, will def be trying the longer ones. Being able to choose and individually set volume levels for voice and background to your personal preferences is excellent. Can only think that ppl who had problems with fuzzy sound or the app jumping, it must be your device!!

I like this app alot. The soft voice makes you feel relaxed right away. Easy to follow and easy on the mind. Relaxing is so easy you don't want to stop. Highly recommend to anyone who just wants to unwind any time of the day! !

App gets stuck running in the background and drains battery. The voice doesn't play on my one plus one phone.

The guided meditation is good at gently steering me away from the thinking mind, without being overly spiritual. I'd like more emphasis on the breath. I'd like the menu and UI to be even more peaceful. Keep in mind I'm using this in the early morning, about 5:15, when the house is quiet, it's dark outside and in the house, and I want to keep my mind quiet before I start the day. I don't want to

There seems to be one meditation per time length one chooses. I have other mediation apps that offer much greater variety-- for free.
