This application lets you calculate your optimal sleeping time in three ways: Sleep Now (for going to bed right now), Sleep At (for setting a specific bedtime), and Wake At (for setting a time you need to wake up).

In this way, all of your existing alarm clock settings (ringtone, vibration, duration, etc.) are preserved.
