The Fit Girl: Fitness Routines for Teens series is about building a strong and healthy body without sacrificing your strong and healthy self-esteem. The fast-paced workouts are easy to fit into your schedule and don't require any special equipment (just a DVD player!). The music is a bit cheesy so we suggest that once you've got the moves down you throw on your iPod and create your own Fit Girl remix!
