SportyPal PRO is an app that acts as a personal trainer, the same as many other apps on the market. In this case, the app comes with various training modes (depending on the sport in question) with motivational and instructional steps. We like it because it lets you keep a record of all your activities, and control long-term sports performance.
We would have to highlight the variety of training sessions that you can save (golf, paragliding, downhill skiing, snowboarding, hiking, walking, running, mountain biking, cycling, road cycling, skating, swimming, surfing, rowing, horse riding, etc.) In fact, you can even register the time you spend in the car or airplane in order to keep track of time spent sat behind the wheel. Aside from that, you can store your plans by months or trimesters and measure in real time the speed, height, and other variables (like calories burned) of the activities you carry out. It also gives you the option of listening to music during your activity sessions in order to avoid any boredom. You can also find out the latest weather information.
If you're also interested in the state of your health, you'll have the option (indicated via the heart icon) to check your pulse and receive advice if at any given moment you're above or below the expected heart rate.
