This simple application is intended to help us to achieve the goal we have set. Just in case you haven't noticed, this app is associated with the others made by this same developer.
First off, we're asked about how many squats we ultimately want to be able to do in a row. Then it asks you how many squats you can do in a row and the app presents a set to do and the compulsory rests to take between. When we ended the app asked if we felt it was a easy, so-so or hard workout so it could adjust the exercise regimen based on how taxing you think the number of squats were, and then it kindly remembered us to take a day of rest before the next workout.
Global progress is shown in a percentage bar. Don't lost your sight from your goal. Rittr Labs has specialized in fitness apps, neither of them are equivalent to other more complex cardio-apps, but to tell the truth, Squats is free with no ads.
Think of the Squats app as your personal fitness trainer that is going to help you build up the strength to complete those 100, 150, 200 or 250 continuous squats within a short few days or weeks, depending on your level of fitness.
Just like a real personal fitness trainer, the Squats app adjusts the exercise regimen based on your feedback how taxing you think the individual exercises are. That way, you can continue towards your fitness goal at your very own pace.

I have been using this for just over a month, doing it three days per week. I like it. My only complaint is that it assumes one already knows how to do squats and it does not recommend any foot positions. Otherwise it is really good.

I love this app, I use this one and the sit ups all the time. I was wondering if you guys could add a lunges app too though? That would be amazing! :D

At first i wasn't able to even do 20 squats without getting exhausted! Now i can do 100+ squats in one day! I feel it in my butt and ESPECIALLY in my thighs. I love this. I just installed it maybe a week ago. I use it everyday and love it. Thanks so much!
