Du-Sung Technology's StressViewer lays out a way to calculate your level of stress. It tracks your heart rate directly from your smartphone and - considering your age - submits it to their own stress scale to output some interesting results.
Once the test is done, it displays in a understandable way your physical and mental stress, ANS Balance Inspection and measurements results (maximum, minimum and average heart rate). Of course, how the app sets the value of their own scale is a mystery, an internal algorithm. The reliability of the test is thus questionable.
However, it's true that's possible to calculate your level of stress (and perform many other diagnoses) by tracking and monitoring your heart rate periodically.
Finally, StressViewer displays a history graph, able to track the last 15 tests.
The app is set in a minimalist yet neat interface. Fair enough.
We are missing though some features like reminders to run the test periodically, results depending on personal features (age, weight, daily activity) and sharing options.
