The foods recommended are inexpensive readily available and for the most part very tasty so with this plan any conscientious person can gradually loose weight and keep it off.

Helpful but could be expanded a bit more. Perhaps more healthy recipes or a healthy food tracker where people can track what they eat over time. Thanks for the tips I hope you continue to enhance the app.
