This app has been designed for people who want to start practicing yoga poses also called asanas. Practicing yoga poses on a regular basis helps in maintaining basic health and flexibility. Yoga poses provide an immense benefit not only to the physical body parts such as muscles and joints but also have a calming effect on our mind. The poses in this app have been specially selected for beginners.

Once any pose in clicked - the app displays the steps involved in performing that pose. Each step is supported by a graphic and brief text about the pose. This screen also has buttons to go to next and/or previous steps of the pose.

This is a stand-alone app, once installed - does not need internet connection to read the collection.
