I have the same asp on my iPhone sand and it shows a large number of different programs. The only option have is Sun salutations for wellness....when I clicked on download content it says it's fully downloaded.....I'm pretty frustrated

OK I am new to learning yoga and this only had pictures and a very brief description of the poses. It really wasn't that helpful to me. And I had to sign in every time I wanted to use the app. So I'm still looking for the best yoga app.

I really like a bunch of what is offered with this app, but I find that there are 2 things that annoy me with it. 1) it takes forever to create your own routine and 2) for every pose added to a new routine, a random amount of time seems to be allotted for
