Teaching since 1996 Laura has studied Vinyasa, Kripalu, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Restorative Yoga. She is known for her open, heart-centered teaching style, encouraging her students to find the teacher within. She strongly believes that yoga is part of a health-centered approach to life, and that when practiced regularly, it gives clarity, understanding and perspective on our own health and life.
