I use this daily to keep me on track with my fitness goals including diet, exercise and pedometer steps. This tool shows you the % of protein, carbs, and fat you eat along with # calories. Combo is key to weight loss. Strongly recommend free 6 part semi

The option to add food to your daily meals has so few choices of different foods I believe it cripples the usability of the app. Almost all the food choices have to be entered manually.

Great app! Helps you easily track calories along with other healthy lifestyle factors like sleep, water and supplements.

This is so much easier than the website itself if you have already added in some of your preferred foods/meals. I wish it did a better job of showing your daily total progress bars but that is not as important as being able to quickly add your meals.
