    It is easy to follow. You use the diet 3 days on and then 4 days off..it won't let you enter food on your 4 days off since it is intended to be a 3 day diet. Wait a week and it will open again to allow you to do the diet again.

    Sucks-can't open the app to track weight or anything after third day. Bad app. Not worth the money.
