Guide to use the app.
- Simply tap on Workouts and start with the workouts daily.
- You will start with Workout1: Start. This workout on your first. You will note all the reps you have done for this workout.
- You will tap on Workout2 for you second day, Workout3 for your third day, and so on.
- You can splits the workouts from three to six days a week depend on your time, capability and fitness level.
- On Workout15: Restart and then go through the workouts again.
- Tap Exercises to find each moves of the workouts.
- Tap events to get updated with coach Abdullah classes, events and latest news.
- Tap Nutrition to get the food plan you need to help acheive you fitness goal.
