    Great app for any one looking for healthy diet and exercise it helped me wonderfully in healthy eating and exercise, people who dont like this or if is it too strong try there other apps with less stressful exercises and plans thanks forthis wonderful app i felt like i have personel trainer in my fone

    Hey, this is a good workout. I'm limited to the space and time, so I travel with 2-50 lbs dumbbells on my truck. And I'll update you on the results after I start seeing the results from it and up the stars too later.
