    Ive been reading these stories and do find them very enlightning. I MYSELF WORK OUT WITH FREEWEIGHTS.I enjoy these once Im at the gym but need motivation to actually leave my home!!!! By now I am in the mode......I used free weights when I was in my 30-40's and now in my 60's Im feeling very impowered by weights....
