    It gives your daily target and you almost find every food in the database. Some nutritional values are missing. Either way you will still lose weight if you use this app to log your calories.

    I love this app. Use it to your advantage. It lets me know when I don't need that bag of chips. I use it to motivate me and keep me on track. Lost 8.6 lbs in 10 days with My Fitness Pal.

    It's always open on either my phone or my tablet. It's amazing. Just needs a little work in the exercise department.

    I was amazed to see what I was really eating when I started using this app. The macro/nutrition info is super helpful. The only suggestion I would make is to not limit it to 3 meals and 1 snack. I eat 6 meals a day and I have to put them together with other meals.
