About Circuit Training and the Tabata protocol

Circuit Training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training wich is easy to follow and targets strength building as well as muscular endurance. Circuit training has also the potential to burn more calories than conventional aerobic exercise or strength training, both during and post-workout (increase in post workout metabolism), thus beneficial for those attempting to lose body fat.

Tabata protocol is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) developed by Dr. Izumi Tabata at the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Tokyo, Japan.

About Original Strength
“Original Strength”, by Tim Anderson, SFG and Geoff Neupert Master SFG is an approach on human movement based on observation, common sense and scientific facts.
The purpose is to move like we were made and to restore our built-in movements patterns (as programmed into our brain) by pressing “Reset”. The “Resets” were first introduced on 2011 by Tim Anderson and Mike McNiff in their book “Becoming Bulletproof”. “Original Strength” is a great improvement of the system with 2 more years of practice, feedback, experiment and studies.

    I created about 40 exercises with small photos. now the app crashes every time I go to edit the exercises list. I cannot remove the exercise photos even if they are the problem. Very frustrating that normal usage of "paid" feature crashes the app. Will improve the rating if dev fixes the problem.

    Awesome app but needs to let you transfer app to sd card, not use internal memory.

    I've downloaded many hiit apps and this is the only one that convinced me to pay for the full version. It has solid and effective built in workouts that's cheaper than getting a trainer at the gym. Nothing beats weight lifting/barbells but this is ak great alternative for busy people like me who cannot find time to consistently go to the gym

    I am a trainer also. But there are some things I use from the app and incorporate while training "women" more than men. I use the gym more for the guys. But great app.

    One thing I would add is the ability to custom create tabata workouts . I think it would really make this app a lot better because its the only workout that the clock can run down without having to press next
