    An interactive guide to oneself. Virtually non-threatening & that means a lot coming from a highly sensitive Borderline. Not only easy to access with definitions & examples available within the app, it is easier to find earlier written information within entries to see yourself truthfully than a physical diary.     It is extensive and customizable. Pretty cool. I can manage my emotions better by looking at patterns in past behavior.
