Love it! The results are totally worth the pain, just keep pushing through and watch out for plateaus. Keep in mind - consistency is the key.

This app is great! I'm able to get quick, but very effective workouts. I do 10 minutes of the butt, legs and arm workouts daily and can definitely see the results! The only reason I don't use the abs is because I'm pregnant, but will definitely be taking
