    Le concept est bien. On peut suivre et faire les exercices en regardant les vidéos. Par contre la version payante n'offre qu'une autre série de vidéos. On a donc que le double de la version gratuite. La personne ne fait pas le nombre de répétition a

    I know this app is only .99 but the exercises it adds work the exact same leg muscles as the free one. There needs to be more variety here. I was disappointed.

    I purchased all in this series and can use each only once! Try opening them a second time and they simply freeze my phone!! Quite unhappy >:(

    These workouts are really challenging and you can feel it working after thw first time. Great app add more exercises please!
