    Not fun but it gives you workouts to do that targets whichever area (core, butt, upper body, legs, etc..). It's simple, you can use it whenever and say you did your workout for the day.

    This app is great it helps my figure and keeps me in shape, it also is really amazing because it reminds me every day to work out at a certain time. You have to get this app if you're trying to get a certain figure for an event or just want to work out more!
