Do you need access to a skill quickly? With this app you will quickly get a random distress tolerance skill to do. In addition, for each module, Mindfulness, Emotional Control, Manage relationships and Distress tolerance, are the skills represented and tutorials for these. Contains over 150 different suggestions on skill exercises. There is also the opportunity to create your own crisis list so you will always have it with you. An optional module for validation has been added as desired by participants. The application is designed in collaboration with the participants in DBT treatment.

Dbt911 can never replace professional help, but can serve as a tool for DBT training.

    However although it good to be reminded of the DBT skills, it would be good if you had the description of the skills as well as space to write, for example: under distraction they have a list of the distraction teaqniques but it would be much more helpful

    I have DID, PTSD, DEPRESSION, SELF HARM, ANXIETY. IM 6 months new to DBT therapy. I have belief that this works from my DBT therapist that is a expert on this. ASAP diary card needed.

    simple to use and easy to read when in a crisis. but for some reason the language in the menus change for me to something other than English sometimes. it's also pretty basic. I do love the affirmations part

    There is a screenshot which shows the app permitting one to add their own suggestions/tips to the app...I haven't figured out how to do this (if I do I''ll redo this review, I promise!); I think that'd be quite helpful as we all have our own coping mechan
