Diet Point is an application that allows you to track your weight-loss process as well as get in touch with people who are also trying to lose weight.The first thing you want to do is to fill up your personal information, such as your age, height weight and the usual activity you practise. Then, the app will calculate your BMI and you can proceed to complete further information about your interests inspirations and quotes, in order to let people know more about you.
Picking you diet plan is the next thing you need to do: the application provides plenty of them with information about the estimated weight loss, the shopping list and so on. Then, you can set your diet schedule (the day you begin following that particular diet) and activate the Meal Reminders if you like.
There's also a Plan Manager who will guide you through your weight loss process and will provide you with more information, tips and tricks. What differentiates Diet Point is that it includes a community where you can get to know people in similar circumstances and exchange opinions and ideas.

I love having everything in one spot with so much information. Groceries lists make it awesome! BUT some type of search would be nice!!
